NEWS CENTER - Commemorations will be held in dozens of provinces and districts for PKK's leading cadres Ali Haydar Kaytan and Rıza Altun.
Commemorations will be held in many provinces and districts of Turkey and Kurdistan for leading cadres of Kurdistan Worker’s Party (PKK) Ali Haydar Kaytan and Rıza Altun. In the final declaration of its 12th Congress, the PKK announced that Ali Haydar Kaytan (Fuat) died on 3 July 2018 and Rıza Altun died on 25 September 2019.

Central commemoration ceremonies will be held for Ali Haydar Kaytan and Rıza Altun on 17 May at Seyît Rıza Square in Dêrsim (Tunceli) and on 18 May at Şêx Seîd (Dağkapı) Square in Amed (Diyarbakır). Again, 4 days of commemoration will be organised in the districts of Istanbul.
Commemoration events will also be organised in many provinces and districts in the Aegean, Marmara, Serhed and Amed regions.
The dates of the commemoration events are as follows:
